Capital Reflections

Capital Reflections is a 20” x 10” original oil painting inspired by the Ottawa skyline at night. Familiar architectural forms emerge in softened silhouette beneath a richly layered midnight sky, while expressive vertical gestures below evoke their shimmering reflections across water.
